As Singapore accelerates its green building transition, the pressure on building owners and facilities managers is growing. Rising energy costs, tightening green building requirements, and increasing operational demands are driving an urgent need for smarter, more efficient building management. In response, artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies are rapidly transforming how buildings are operated—enabling real-time optimisation, predictive maintenance, and deeper decarbonisation across the built environment.
This SGBC Webinar, supported by SGBC Member Univers, will explore how AI-powered platforms enable autonomous building energy and operations management. The session will cover how IoT sensors and AI models work together to identify inefficiencies and automate actions, followed by real-world case studies demonstrating energy savings and cost reductions. A platform walkthrough will also illustrate how these solutions can be implemented in practice.
APFM will be awarding 2 CPD hours for this event.
