A physical event organised by Singapore Green Building Council on Friday, 28 August 2026 from 2:00PM – 5:00PM at Lecture Theatre T5, Singapore Polytechnic, 500 Dover Rd, Singapore 139651.
Indoor air quality has become a defining consideration in the design and operation of sustainable buildings and maintaining healthy indoor environments while optimising cooling performance requires a balanced approach. As expectations for occupant wellbeing continue to grow, building owners and facility managers are increasingly seeking integrated solutions that enhance both indoor environmental quality and operational performance.
This SGBC Seminar, supported by SGBC Founding Member Daikin Airconditioning (Singapore) Pte Ltd, brings together industry experts to examine how the focus of HVAC systems has evolved beyond cooling to delivering healthier, smarter and more sustainable indoor environments. Daikin will explore how IAQ practices have evolved over the years and the growing role of data and monitoring in understanding indoor environmental conditions. AAF International will discuss the importance of application-specific IAQ strategies, filtration solutions and performance objectives. Finally, InviroTech will present best practices for optimising Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) performance in air handling units.
APFM will be awarding 2 CPD hours for this event.
